This duplex in Palms is located a few blocks from a Metro stop, as well as downtown Culver City.  The focus on this project was to create sophisticated, modern floor plans that are each designed around a private outdoor space.  This approach resulted in interiors that feel larger than they actually are and an indoor-outdoor flow that differentiates the units from others in the area, while still keeping construction costs low.  Carte Blanche performed complete architectural and interior design services for this project.
