Expected Completion – 2020

The Brentwood Residence is located within a bright clearing surrounded by majestic oaks at the base of a canyon.  The house embraces this unique site and views out to the landscape take center stage. 

Stylistically, the home draws upon the rich Spanish Colonial tradition, but moves beyond convention with a pared down vocabulary.  The massing is casual and suggestive of a rambling village. Carte Blanche Studio provided full architectural and interior design services for this project.
